Such a nightmare of a lot. Spots are barely big enough to fit anything bigger than a small car during an event. And twice I have paid for parking via their QR code next to the kiosk and the lot attendant came in for an event and towed my car even tho he had no access to see if parking was actually paid. Park at your own risk here. There have been many times their kiosk has not worked so paying via their online link is your only option but I guess that’s not safe because you will get towed anyways.
Convenient location for parking in downtown Saint Paul!
Website is impossible to navigate for an event renral.
