I love it here, I come faithfully for eyebrow threading and a lip wax. I usually ask for Rose, and she does exactly what you ask for while informing and showing you what she’s doing - as she services you. I get serviced by Ruth when Rose is not available and she is just as sweet! These ladies are professional, kind, and do a great job! I recommend to everyone!

Go see Ruth! She threads eyebrows perfectly! And if you’re one of those people who still likes your eyebrows shaped and full, she does a really good job because she’ll start off by always just cleaning them so she’ll never overthin your eyebrows and it will still appear full even if you have any spare spots! She also takes instruction very well if you like your eyebrows a specific way!

would not recommend. everything started out great until i told the esthetician that the wax was too hot. she told me it wasn’t and continued despite my consistent complaints. ultimately, my bikini line burned and now has scarring. i have sensitive skin which was also mentioned. also my first time using strip wax. edit: they replied to my review, mentioning someone would be reaching out to me about the situation 5 days ago yet I have had no communication with the shop.

Got a Brazilian and Sarah did an amazing job! Facility is clean and organized. She educated me on the different types of waxes and made me feel very comfortable. I definitely recommend this establishment for your wax needs.
