I had my underarms waxed today for the first time, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Bella was so kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The space was clean and welcoming, and the experience was honestly way better than I expected. I’m so glad I chose Wax That Bad—highly recommend, especially if you’re a first-timer like me!

I had my first waxing experience at Hot Bod Wax today and it was amazing! Jenny is awesome—so easy to talk to and made the whole process super comfortable. Today was my first brazilian experience with Jenny. I've been waxed at many different places by many different people, and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. Jenny was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. She also gave me the most painless wax I've ever had and she was very thorough. Please don't leave Waxhaw, I plan to be a client as long as we live here!
