Paris is the best! She always makes me feel so comfortable and cared for. I love how meticulous she is and my waxes are always amazing. Can’t recommend enough!!
I have no idea if the service is any good. But I had a bad experience with customer service. My appointment was last week on Tuesday, at 9:40am, which was exactly what I asked for when I called to schedule that appointment. However, I was put on the wrong day - today. I had such a great experience. The center is calming, comfortable and clean. Estefany was great. Waxing was pretty much painless! Highly recommend!
I had such a wonderful experience at Brazilian wax & Sugar Spa, and I can't say enough amazing things about Courtney! I was initially so nervous about getting a Brazilian wax because it was my first time, and I wasn't aware that my hair needed to be a certain length before waxing. I was worried that I would be charged a fee for having to reschedule, but Courtney was so kind, understanding, and reassuring throughout the entire process.
