I have been with the spa for over 2 years and have never had an issue with time or not showing up. Recently, I updated my appointment from a Saturday to a Sunday and texted to confirm. Amazing value, easy booking process, and a business that truly takes care of their customers!
I never write reviews but I need the tech to know so they improve their technique. I have had sugaring done many many times and never got the terrible reaction that I experienced here. It lasted multiple days and when I showed it to my regular tech, they said it’s because of the technique and minimal prep/post care. Ironically, all of my hairs weren’t even captured again never experienced that either. The woman also never introduced herself and barely talked to me, which came across as standoffish and rude.
