Kristie is the best! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and always puts me at ease. After 20 years of getting brazilian waxing, this is the most painless experience I've ever had (I get the hot wax). I'd never go anywhere else, and actually don't even mind going to waxing appointments now haha. Highly recommend!

Jessica was amazing! As someone who had never had a wax done before, I felt completely at ease. She took the time to walk me through the aftercare process, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire experience. I booked my next appointment right then and there! Highly recommend her.

Wax and Glow is not recommended. I went for eyebrow tint and brow waxing. The store is scented, the beds are uncomfortable. Jessica, the aesthetician, was very unprofessional and did not do the eyelash tinting because she misinterpreted my reply to one of her numerous questions.
