Me and my group of 6 came to Grand Rapids for a bachelorette and thought this would be a fun activity. The experience in store was good. We finished our candles and they told us we could pick up our candles within 3 days of our appointment. Our appointment was Sunday, we were leaving to head back to Chicago Monday around lunch time. We thought it would be perfect to pick the candles up Monday before we left since online it says they open at 10am. We get there at 10am, the door was locked. Very unprofessional experience. The posted hours state that the store is open from 10 AM to 2 PM on Mondays, but when we arrived at 11 AM to pick up our candles, the store was closed. We had been instructed by staff to pick them up 2–3 hours after our Sunday afternoon session, within three days. After finding the store closed, we had to go next door to a bagel shop just to get in contact with the owner.
