Tug did an immaculate job adding a ceramic coating to the interior and exterior of my 2025 BMW M240i. Price was competitive with businesses nearby. Communication was on point. I can tell he enjoys and takes pride in his work. Highly recommended for all car detailing needs.
I had my car detailed a few weeks ago. With my line of work, I use my car all the time. The inside of my car looked disgusting. Spilled drinks on the seat, crumbs everywhere and just dirty from use. Detail nerd, and a nice guy too! About 10 years ago, I had OptiCoat ceramic coating applied on a new car. I loved the product, but the detailer I used required a number of other (expensive) procedures. I never understood how the paint on a brand new car could be incorrect. When we recently found ourselves in the new car world, there was no question we would get OptiCoat. And we are super happy that we chose Tug. He quoted us a fair price with no BS.
