Tug did a great job with our new vehicle. He is also very knowledgeable and can provide many tips and tricks on how to maintain your coated vehicle at home.
I had damaged my car at a carwash. Clearly there was something in the brush that had left scratches everywhere. I took it to WOWO to see if they could be removed somehow. Tug assured me that could make most of them barely noticeable, but some were deep. I picked my car up the next day and could have cried. None were noticeable! They were gone. Tug is very knowledgeable and takes great pride in his work. We had our new Ford Explorer ceramic coated by him a few weeks back. Tug keeps the customer updated throughout the process which is pretty cool. If you are looking for a professional job, he’s your guy.
Got my 2021 Lexus detailed here today. Tug (the owner) was super friendly, broke down what/why he was doing to my car and the car was immaculate when I got it back. We discussed future work for my car and he explained everything in a way that was down to earth and not salesy. He also provided video updates throughout progress with my car. Will definitely be back for future detailing.
