Can’t express the warm welcome I received when I walked through the door. Was looking for a new wax place for myself. I read the reviews and I really don’t honestly understand why they’re not five stars as of yet. The owner herself was gracious enough to comp my chin, upper lip wax. Very clean, organized and I love the different types of waxes. I will update my review, have scheduled a Brazilian with Trina.
So glad there’s a wax studio here that’s a one stop shop. Massages, facials and everything from brows to Brazilian waxing. The team is friendly, inviting and very welcoming.
Worse customer service and disrespectful
I have moved here full time and was looking for facials and waxing. I have been coming here for the last six months and love it. Trina is the best she is amazing at making you feel relaxed and comfortable. Cassie is great for waxing as well.
