I cannot recommend Taylor enough! She did an amazing job on my lashes — they look flawless and feel so lightweight and natural. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she really takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. The whole experience was super relaxing, and her studio is so clean and welcoming. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their work and their clients, Taylor is your girl. I’m obsessed with my lashes and already looking forward to my next appointment!
I've been going to Wax it All in Pittsford for less than a year and it quickly became by go-to spot. Everyone there is super friendly. I see Steph and I fully recommend her. She's quick and thorough, knowledgeable and personable. I genuinely look forward to my appointments each month!

My go to spot! Stephanie is my main girl~ always takes care of me, goes above and beyond and i look forward to our girl talk sessions. Super quick if you really wanted to get a Brazilian during a lunch break. Friendly and comfortable they dont make it awkward at all. Special shoutout to Taylor too, she’s just as amazing!
Had to cancel/reschedule my appointment because my family member died and I had to go to the funeral. Manager told me I had to reschedule the appointment to occur in the next 24 hours otherwise I’d still be charged full price for the service due to their policy. I explained to them that my family member died and I was going to their funeral and cannot come in to get waxed within 24 hours and asked if an exception can be made due to their circumstances and due to the fact I was a reoccurring client and have never had to do th... read more
