I’m always happy with my services at Wax It But the reason I’m giving one star it’s because I went they are making an appointment and this young ladies told me that the way can call me in 30 minute because that was how long I had to wait before someone was available. And I just went around because I had my daughter who is three years old with me and I was just waiting for the phone call, 45 minutes or 1hour later, I thought to myself I better just go back to check if someone was available yet. Great experience the girl called Bella was so sweet and had amazing service will come again
The girls are always super friendly, thorough and efficient. Love Nadine - both professional and personable 😊 There can sometimes be a short wait, but apart from that, I have never had a negative experienced at this Wax It. All the therapists I’ve seen have been excellent.
