I love coming to Wax House. From the moment you come in and all throughout your services, I can honestly say the owner and the technicians really care about you and meeting your needs. I feel relaxed not rushed which is so important in self-care, all my questions are answered and great advice is always given as well as good products being recommended for aftercare. This place is truly a gem. 🩷
The waxing service itself was good, but the pricing was confusing. I was told that a “butt full” did not include the butt strip. I’ve been waxing for years, and “butt full” has always meant cheeks and the strip—hence the word “full.” Being charged $50 for cheeks only and an additional $25 for the strip ($75 total) feels ridiculous. I felt they are confused about what a butt full service actually means. Ashilee did a great job on the wax though . I’ll come back if they ever fix this issue.
This was my very first time at the Wax House & also first time in 2 years getting waxed again . Ashilee took care of me right away and was very welcoming. I have a high pain tolerance so it rarely hurt at all, Ashilee was very gentle and quick. I love how she gave me so much info on my type of skin and what works best for me. I will definitely be booking once a month now with Ashilee, oh and I almost forgot to mention , she waxed my eyebrows as well, and AMAZING!!! Can’t wait to go back already .
I’ve been coming here consistently for a few months and have absolutely no complaints. I saw Natalia once and she was great, and I’ve been going to Ashilee ever since — she’s AMAZING. She’s incredibly thorough and genuinely kind! The studio is convenient, clean, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Wax House to anyone looking for waxing, facials, and more.
Amazing service, went for my first wax and the experience couldn’t have gone any smoother thanks to Natalia. Great customer service, will return again 10/10.
