I was a bit nervous about being serviced by someone new . However, Akaria was very professional and courteous. She coached me through the entire process and did an awesome job on my wax (Brazilian) ! I am now totally comfortable and confident for my future appointments with her.
100/10, Erica is amazing! She’s so educational and professional.
I decided to try Wax Haven because of their great reviews, and they absolutely lived up to the hype! Erica is professional, highly skilled, and does an amazing job. I was also incredibly impressed by how spotless and clean the facility is. The entire experience—from the easy scheduling to the clear communication upon arrival—was outstanding. I highly recommend Wax Haven!
