Channel was so sweet to me for my first Brazilian Wax. I had let her know beforehand that it was my first time ever getting waxed, so she made sure to take proper care of me to give the best experience possible. She talked me through the entire procedure and each step she was doing to make me fully aware, but most importantly the breathing techniques she guided me with helped so much with the pain! Disappointing service 7/13/24: brow tint washed out w/n 24 hours,, facial rushed, ineffective, harsh fluorescent light, talking throughout, waxing stubble appeared w/n 1 week, black dust on treatment room floor. Channel was suffering from acute carpal tunnel for years affecting her upper extremities with numbness and tingling from bilateral shoulders to fingertips and she was too sick to be working with this affliction at the time. Paid $204 cash and texted requesting refund. Channel ignored my request.
