went for the first time and loved it! Got in fast. The owner, Reid, did my wax and she was super friendly. The wax itself was painless and affordable. Really enjoyed the experience. Will be coming back :)
I’ve been a loyal client here for almost 2 years, and I used to love coming because of the waxers and the great service. Sadly, many of the waxers I trusted are no longer here, and my recent experience left me very disappointed. They do have a 10-minute grace period, and I completely understand policies. However, I was running 14 minutes late and called ahead of time to let them know. I still made it to Pasadena within the grace period, but they refused to work with me. This was my first time getting a Brazilian wax as a plus sized woman and I LOVED it. I was waxed by Brittany and had a pleasant experience. It went by pretty fast and it was a welcoming environment. I will definitely be coming back! 💖
