I’ve been a loyal client here for almost 2 years, and I used to love coming because of the waxers and the great service. Sadly, many of the waxers I trusted are no longer here, and my recent experience left me very disappointed. They do have a 10-minute grace period, and I completely understand policies. This was my first time getting a Brazilian wax as a plus sized woman and I LOVED it. I was waxed by Brittany and had a pleasant experience. It went by pretty fast and it was a welcoming environment. I will definitely be coming back! 💖
