The atmosphere was very nice and clean. I came in for a wax and didnt realize it was a sugar wax which I could've missed in the print and it was fine. But I also got a brow shaping and she just tweezed. I should've taken photos, my eyebrows looked terrible, I was very disappointed for the price I paid. I genuinely thought it was a joke. My eyebrows are rather thin but she still she didnt give them shape and the pencil she used was dark and I looked like i had crayon on brows. I 1000% wont be back. I can't recommend Wax Brow Bar enough! Alexis is the best - she works to get to know you and what the right services are. For me, she made changes that were gradual and natural, I am even tempted to stop hiding my brows with bangs for the first time. The salon is pristine and welcoming - really the best! I use far less makeup now too! Thank you Alexis!

Highly recommend Madalyn at Wax Brow Bar! Madalyn was incredibly attentive to my needs and concerns, and her execution was impeccable. The studio is lovely and has a calming, inviting vibe. 10/10! Will definitely be booking again soon.
