Cozy, comfy, clean, efficient, gorgeous work and able to accommodate same day for eyebrows — truly a gem!
Loyal customer since 2019.... I drive from the OC all the way to Pasadena. Jen does an amazing job. The quality and attention to detail is why I come here time and time again. Not only does she accommodate to her customers, she is sweet and always a ray of sunshine. Her establishment is clean and cozy ( I literally fall asleep when she does my Keratin Lash Lift). Her hours are convenient for me since I always work a lot. I can come as early as 6am. Thank you Jen for a job well done!!!!
I have not been back to this place since Jen left me in the room with a keratin eyelash treatment for 20-30 minutes and did not check up on me. I was literally so concerned because she did not check on me once, and I could hear her outside talking to people, so I thought she had forgotten about me. They are flexible with scheduling and able to get you in quickly on the same day - but to not check on a client who just gave you $120-$130 is ridiculous
