My first experience was GREAT with Jasmine. I scheduled with her again and was switched to someone else with no notice. The fill in person did not do a good job, made me feel physically uncomfortable, and was condescending. I decided to schedule again, intentionally with Jasmine, again, and when I showed up I was once again switched to an alternative with no notice. I left instead of putting myself through a similar experience. I will be finding somewhere else - super unprofessional.

I used Wax Bar Lawrence monthly for about a year to have Brazilians done. I had a great experience each time with Ariana, who I believe no longer works here. The facility was very clean, along with Ariana following correct protocol for waxing, which was not the case at other wax facilities I've used. This was reassuring! I will return if I ever need waxing services again (I'm currently doing laser hair removal)! I have recommended Wax Bar Lawrence to numerous others.
