Amy was fantastic! I let her know it was my first time getting a Brazilian wax and she was very informative and gentle(as much as she could be haha) 10/10 recommend!

My first experience was GREAT with Jasmine. I scheduled with her again and was switched to someone else with no notice. The fill in person did not do a good job, made me feel physically uncomfortable, and was condescending. I decided to schedule again, intentionally with Jasmine, again, and when I showed up I was once again switched to an alternative with no notice. I left instead of putting myself through a similar experience. I will be finding somewhere else - super unprofessional.
