Sam was so sweet, nice and made me feel comfortable from the start! I received a Brazilian and was very nervous as this one was my first one in a few years. She took her time, made sure I was comfortable, and talked to me the entire time in such a nice and friendly way, which 100% helped with my nerves/anxiety. Next thing I knew she was done and did such an excellent job! Definitely recommend her for anybody wanting to find their go to place for all waxes, because I certainly have found my go to place (:
