Yikes. This place has gone downhill... If we pay for the expensive touchless wash it invariably sprays soap on our car right before we go through the dryers.😭👎 This has happened at least twice. Then we have to go over and spray the car off manually. But then if we choose spot free rinse, it sprays soap on our car AGAIN so we have to put more money in to spray it off again. Don't go here. Underbody wash was not working - Truck was still filthy after the $12 dollar wash -- not the first time this place has been a total waste of money - wont be back
Went this morning, put in $3, put pre-soak on, very low pressure, put $3 more in, no water , so I drove around to touchless,bought $14 wash, my vehicle is still dirty and still had soap on it when finished, very unhappy
I bought the Ultimate package plus added the ceramic protection at the Wawasee Auto Spa and the automatic wash did an awful job washing my car. The windshield is still dirty, cat prints still on the hood, bugs all over the front bumper. I would give this zero stars if I could... Headed to another car wash to get my car cleaned!
