I bought the Ultimate package plus added the ceramic protection at the Wawasee Auto Spa and the automatic wash did an awful job washing my car. The windshield is still dirty, cat prints still on the hood, bugs all over the front bumper. I would give this zero stars if I could... Headed to another car wash to get my car cleaned!
At times, there may be a little wait. The machine does an excellent touchless job.
Paid for $12 wash, underbelly got washed but rest of the car wash didn't work at all. I pulled into bay to wash it myself and there was no soap. I've called the help number and had no answer and mailbox is full.
Paid for it and it didn’t work, couldn’t get ahold of anyone to be refunded!
