Unprofessional Customer Service I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received today. I was on hold for over 30 minutes before being transferred to another department, only to find that they had no idea why I was calling or who I had previously spoken with. This lack of coordination and professionalism was very frustrating and a poor experience overall. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure better communication and service in the future. Thank you
Have had Wawanesa Life/Greenshield as my provider for a few years. This year I was told, when I got to the pharmacy ON August 18th that I no longer would be able to claim for prescription drug benefits of any kind without showing proof of enrolment in MB Pharmacare. This was the first I had heard of it. Definitely not reliable. The claim supervisor Renilo and his team unprofessional , there so many stories i can tell ,same with the other comments “my house damage is getting worst, for their delayed actions. We felt like we're being scammed by wawanesa. Just getting our monthly payment and not helping us to fix the problem. Welcome anyone or media want to know more i can provide everything including my email conversation after you read that you will definitely not choosing this insurance company.
