Avoid it at all , you cancel 2 weeks before , but they still deduct it from the account , and no reason for that , it's just a scaling company
Deceitful company with abhorrent staff. Policies are sold to you as "comprehensive" coverage, but are riddled with non-industry standard clauses/situations that no person could reasonably predict in the future. You can pay into their scam for a decade, only to be rejected the one time you need to make a claim and get to deal with rude/unprofessional staff as a bonus. Wawanesa is the stereotype of why people hate insurance companies. STAY AWAY AND WARN EVERYONE YOU KNOW! Go with Intact instead!
I am using the policy with you and I am leaving Canada for three months . I requested to put my car insurance on parking in garage. The representative gave me the rate of 128 , which is very shocking for me as last year I was with TD and they charged me only 50 box. So, now i have two options to pay that amount for three months or cancel the policy and pay the penalty. One star i have given as i can’t give less than it.
Horrible company avoid at all costs. They will cancel your policy for no reason and not even let you know.. So you will be driving around with no insurance.. wow what a disgrace im absolutely shocked
