This is by far the poorest customer service I have received from any insurance company I have dealt with. There have been multiple changes of adjusters, it takes WEEKS to hear back from them, and they don’t even respect you enough to acknowledge the receipt of your communications. Their appraisers under valued most of my losses by more than 50 percent. I am left to act as general contractor for all of the repairs. Avoid this company for all your insurance needs. After being a loyal customer for many years, they rejected my very first claim for a BS reason. Extremely dissapointed and dissatisfied with Wawanesa.
