Very disappointing claims experience. My vehicle was stolen, the suspects were caught red-handed, arrested, and charged, yet nearly eight months later my claim is still unresolved. Communication has been extremely poor, with weeks between responses, unanswered voicemails, and little guidance throughout the process. As a customer of over 10 years making my first claim, I expected much better service.
Woke up in the middle of a lake, somehow Wawanesa considers that a sewer backup. Weird, since I am not hooked up to sewer
It was not fun but they came through and made me happy.
Trust is important. Safety is first and they have left my home with raw sewage under floors 17 days with no word of being cleaned or fixed. Sent a quick offer to scam me and my family. and left the carpet sprayed a cleaner on it claims its not to bad. No care of the health of my kids or self. I expected better.
Im sad to say not worth it. We pay and pay but put in a claim and the company will do everything they can to not help. They sure like to take your time up when your working. Send fake ppl in your home and take pictures of everything then only report half of the claim and try and pay you out. Red flag after red flag. Hope you read these reviews b4 you buy.
