Horrible insurance just really cheap and dont care about their customers at all. They took over a week to prepare and because of that more damage spread but then they claim they dont cover that. Very poor and tricky service
They proudly advertise “24/7 support” — what a joke. When a serious water leak forced us out of our home, with a baby in my arms, I was left standing outside in the street — cold, confused, and desperate — while this company went radio silent. I called and emailed my adjuster repeatedly. Nothing. No reply, no direction, no help. It was the weekend — and apparently, they take weekends off. All these low reviews are shocking to me! I am currently in a claim with wawanesa and cant say enough good things about my adjuster. They have gone above and beyond and been so helpful throughout this entire process of being out of my home. Its been stressful as heck but the customer service I've had is great. Odd...
