Insanely slow getting back after writing ton of emails always doing a 5% Job for Everything my entire house has a flood/damage from flames and there covering 0 I would highly suggest never taking this company I really hope they go out of business.
Very difficult to deal with. Slow and unresponsive. Had to send email to supervisor to get action. To date there is still no payout for our flood claim. I advise to choose another insurance company. Do your research. Lesson learned.
Manjot Maan was handling my claim, Excellent service, I am very happy with the service received from her, she called me and asked question about the incident which occur in my building 69 Jamieson Crt, New Westminster on Feb 13th night as there was City's main water line burst and flooded in my building. She done my claim in a day. Really appreciate the working style. I would recommend Wawanesa for the insurance, they care about customer and their family.
When a pipe burst in our shop and caused serious water damage, I was worried about how long it would take to get it fixed. Wawanesa claims stepped up right away. The claims process was smooth, and they kept me informed the whole time. We were able to have the repair done and get back to business faster than I expected. I’m really grateful for how they handled it
Horrible insurance just really cheap and dont care about their customers at all. They took over a week to prepare and because of that more damage spread but then they claim they dont cover that. Very poor and tricky service
