⭐️ 1 Star Absolutely unacceptable. I had a sewage backup that filled my jetted tub and shower—photo proof shows the jets were fully contaminated. Despite this, my adjuster, Dubem, is saying the tub can be “cleaned” instead of replaced. A jetted tub cannot be properly sanitized once sewage has circulated through its internal system. This is a serious health issue, not cosmetic. Mr. Rooter Plumbing has already recommended replacement. I am immunocompromised and being expected to use a sewage-contaminated tub.
