Honestly It has been a perfect experience, not at all what I imagined it would be like. I have been dealing Sarah and she has been amazing to deal with, she needs a raise!! It was a new experience to be treated like a human being, and not just a "number" So yes excellent experience.
Auto claim from rural Alberta and the entire process from start to finish was exceptional. Yemi Onifade in particular was very professional throughout. Everyone has their own experiences with insurance companies but I have had tremendous success with both Wawanesa (personal insurance) and Intact (business and commercial property)
No issues at all both with filing the claim (Team Lead was Lani Gwilt, High River)and the follow-up (Adjuster was Kieran Anderson, Edmonton).
Worst insurance in Canada based on my experience. Absolute scam . We paid online September 3,2025 and they deducted again in the following Day which makes me pay NSF in my account and worst part I can’t pay my truck Monthly payments. They also want to consider my payment as an advance for the following Month which is not good because my budget is so tight…
I had to file a claim for a stolen vehicle and I have never experienced such helpful and amazing customer service as I did through this claim. From the initial report to my adjuster “holding my hand” through the whole claim, I always felt heard and taken care of. Daily updates, all my questions answered same day. Thank you so much!
