No accidents and no tickets… my plpd, the lowest coverage, on a 22 year old truck just went up 50% to 301 dollars Canadian per month. This is ridiculous and to cancel my policy costs 300 dollars . Again I am still waiting for my solid copy of my pink card for my vehicle.
What would make it better " before the call is over when talking to a agent, to make sure the customer understands the process and what was talked about".
