I was with them for over 6 years insuring multiple vehicles. No at fault accidents and I never missed a payment. They increased my premiums this year so much I finally switched to a different provider. Oh and they charged me a fee for canceling with them on top of that. Loyalty means nothing to them. AVOID.
Terrible service, I feel cheated and discriminated against for being an immigrant. They told me that the annual value was 1400 CAD and I accepted them to pay 100% in a single payment, after 2 weeks they told me that the value was 1900 CAD which I considered was not a big difference, which I also accepted pay the total in a single payment, then 2 weeks, that is, after 1 month when they told me that the initial value was 1400, they informed me that the final value was almost 6000 CAD. I signed a contract for 1600 CAD a week and they told me it was 1800 CAD and now they tell me it is 5800 CAD… scammers!
Like most of the reviews I've read... this company does NOT give good service when it comes to insurance claims! My claims adjuster was unprofessional. I could not reach her by telephone. Most phone messages and emails I sent to her went unanswered or she didn't get back to me for a day or two. She was very unprofessional in her emails... smug and rude.
