Very helpful couldn't ask for better
They force you to install their mobile app, Drive Change, claiming your driving score will determine a discount at renewal. This year, my discount was 22%, yet my premium still increased, with no data or explanation provided. This feels deceptive and misleading. It appears they are simply collecting and selling customer data to third parties. I’m glad I canceled my policy and switched to a different provider. I do not recommend choosing this company as your insurance provider.
Very poor service, I called for a LOE and the first person literally hung up on me, called again and they said I had to call my broker because if she puts a request to the processing team it might take time. All other insurance companies mailed to you right away.
Can someone tell me why my policy was cancelled for non payment and my balance is $0? I have not received any correspondence from this company outside of my brokerage Scoop. This is the third time my policy has been incorrectly cancelled. Very concerning for an insurance company
