Terrible service with little to no communication or follow up. You will get the run around every time you reach out for an update. It has been months since my claim, and I have received $0 to date, despite the fact the payment was allegedly sent by direct deposit to ensure it got to me 'faster.' Do not recommend. Much better options out there.
Terrible company. Impossible to get a hold of
I was a nervous wreck and extremely anxious since it was my very first claim for my car. Everyone that helped me explained to me thoroughly and reassured me many, many times that everything is going to be okay. I've been with this company for 6 years now!! Highly recommend
Fraud and scam company, These are scammers, do not got for insurance, they did honour their insurance and if you claim they question about your integrity. They charge me extra months even I do not have car. Brokers cover them, if you get rate from them please check other companies before committing. Fraud fraud fraud and fraud……….. I’m just gonna leave out the fact that you could never get a hold of these guys So if you actually like getting a hold of your insurance company, don’t go with these people not to mention I’ve been with them for years and I finally cancelled my policy. I ended up getting it to end on the very first day of the month and my premium for my cancellation fee was $500. My monthly premium was $340 so they charged me a full month plus $160 extra for nothing, I didn’t cancel it in the middle of the month. You guys are just straight u... read more
