When I was confronted with the shock that our vehicle had been vandalized while we were at a hotel in Niagara Falls, NY, USA for the New Year festivities, I was immediately traumatized not knowing what to do. How do we get home, how do we get the car home with no ignition, a smashed window, etc. etc.The Hotel Security Manager called the police, had the car towed and arranged to have a hotel driver take us home which is a 2-hour drive from the Border. t was a good experience. The agent was fantastic and she explained everything to my daughter and me. She arranged the auto repair and she set up the rental car. Emails were sent promptly and we were kept appraised of the progress. I would recommend this company to anyone.
We had an absolutely terrible experience dealing with Sid Agarwal after my husband was involved in an accident that resulted in a total loss of his vehicle.From the beginning, Sid was unresponsive, unhelpful, and unprofessional.
