I am very disappointed with the claims service I received from Wawanesa. We were informed by email that our vehicle had been deemed a total loss. We replied promptly with several important questions, including how and when we could retrieve our personal belongings from the vehicle since we didn’t know where it had been taken. They fraud people and they took the money out from peoples accounts and never returned them and then they say I am sorry or something.Don't take this insurance company.They haven’t returned my money for 5 weeks.They like to get people money and never give it back and then they forget about it.
