Terrible experience. Not worth it.
Wawanesa Insurance decided that they were fine with taking our money while paying for auto insurance, but when time came to make a claim, they decided that we weren't eligible for a repair, or a payout on our van. They cancelled our insurance on the spot for our vehicles, but decided that they're still going to charge us for our tenant insurance, took money out of my account today, despite me having told them that we've moved multiple times, this has to be one of the worst insurance companies out there, and they have the aud... read more
I dealt with wawanesa insurance almost 30 yrs. on multiple revenue buildings and personal home- Had 3 claims in 5 yr period divided by 4 policies They dropped me and gave me less than 24 hrs to find a new carrier-- all is good when they collect money for 29 yrs - as soon as they have to pay out. they drop you - highly disappointed - called many times to discuss the matter - no return calls - very unhappy - They may be one of the bigger insurance companies now- the way they treated me. they will fall from the top - SHOP aroun... read more
