They did my hair any kind of way completely done with the African braiding shops. They always act like they don't understand you but then talk about you in their language. I knew exactly what they were saying. Never ever again. They only take cash modern day scam.

Absolutely disgusting customer service from the point of walk in to the exit. I was quoted one price and of course a higher one once I’m there. The rude hair braided placed a cell phone on loud volume and placed it on a chair behind my head as I was on the phone. The main worker there was clearly upset as I asked her to take a photo of the back of my head since I knew it was rushed. i asked for medium knotless , when she was doing my hair i asked her to take a picture of my head because i feel like the parts was too big. she did not want to show me my hair or take a picture. i had to ask another customer to take a picture & show me. i told her my parts where to big i wanted medium size braids but a regular size part. they then talked in their language (rude) and started taking my hair out telling me to leave. they wanted more money to make regular size parts . im never going back there again

First pic is what I wanted and second pic is what my son received. When I made the worker aware that the styles were different I was told that the price would be more than what I was originally quoted. I stated to take it out and I would go elsewhere. They did not want to take out his hair . So They decided not to take my son hair out but then told me over the phone that it would only be $40 and that she was sorry. The braids look different. Wow this is the best experience so far in any braiding shop. These people are so nice and their work is excellent, everyone was complementing me about my hair.
