Went for coffee at 5 AM and none was made or ready…Nobody came to the station for over 10 minutes while I was there and forgot to press brew on the coffee and didn’t even acknowledge that I was there after I asked them to change it…terrible SERVICE

I was just in wawa and was having a really bad day and to make things worse when it was my turn to pay I was flustered and could not find my card and the man behind me was being a jerk, thank God you guys have Elle there cause she is super sweet and very positive. Every time I go in there she always has a smile on her face and is the sweetest wawa employee I have ever had wait on me. I’m totally disappointed that Wawa is not enforcing that all of their customers wear a mask. What’s the purpose of having mask mandate, when 50% of their customers didn’t have a mask on this morning. When I asked the cashier why they aren’t asking their customers to wear a mask, he said the manager is the only person that can asked the customers to wear a mask.
