Everything was as promised. The test drive was excellent, we were able to choose distance and destination. Details about the car were explained to us and questions answered fully. The car was delivered on time, everything had been done, as promised. All communication has been polite and courteous. We were very satisfied.
No one buys a WAV from pure choice - it is often the only option, a specific requirement bourne out of necessity and usually one with emotional attachments. It is also usually at a time of vulnerability which is enhanced because WAV's are new territory for most of us.
