I went with my 2 oldest daughter’s & 10 grandchildren we had the best time staff were there all the time keeping everyone safe and secure & reception were very helpful the slides were great fun & the small pool for the little ones was good the water was okay and very clean no problems with the hot showers & changing rooms were fine thanks for a great day back soon
Disappointed with our visit to waves today. £25 for a family of 4 to swim! The pool was very cold, the slides were not open and the waves machine was broken. The changing room floors could also have been cleaner. I dont think it is anywhere near worth the amount we paid to get in.
Hygiene bad gave my friend molluscum contagiosum and the slide was closed half the time they don't even care about the customer!
Went with 2 kids (5 & 11months old) Great set up, pleasant temperature in the pools and changing area. Waves and slides fun additions for the kids. Was busy but not too crowded. Enjoyed by all
Swimming pool is OK, but the shutting of the health suite is disappointing.gym equipment has all been recently updated. Pool is ok but for serious swimming tynemouth is better. Les Mills classes are available.
