Tried to rip me off and charge me extra for car wash saying my car is a SUV (It’s a Mazda 3 I don’t see how it is a SUV)
Tried to book in today and they told me my car was too dirty to clean. Whilst it wasn't clean it was only road grime from driving 500km yesterday. I thought that's why you went to a car wash

I brought my new Kia Cerato in for a full clean yesterday and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the service, especially considering the $85 price. While the staff were polite, the attention to detail was seriously lacking. There were still visible marks on the steering wheel and the interior front panel, which I expected to be properly cleaned.
