This is the 2nd time our car is not clean properly mirrors had water stains on it
Really disappointed with the service today. Around 3:30pm, I asked one of the staff members if they could do an interior vacuum for my car, but he said the shop was already closed. However, when I checked online, the closing time was listed as 5pm. I called again to ask why they said they were closed, and instead of giving a proper explanation, they started making excuses and said the weather was not good — even though the weather was perfectly fine today. Very unprofessional and disappointing customer service.
-100 rating, paid $70 for outside wash and interior vacuum, all talks no actions, please save your money, hopefully they improve
The guys at West Hand Car wash have always done an outstanding job when cleaning our F250. Friendly, professional and genuinely helpful, they went above and beyond a standard car detail while we did our shopping. The quality of their work was exceptional and the pricing was very reasonable for the level of care and attention provided. Highly recommended.
