For lack of timely and professional treatment that should have included referral for Mohs surgery, Dr. Robinson sent me,off to RVH, radiation treatment and a hell of suffering that continues to this day. That was in early 2025. As of May'26 I still have a painful, unhealed crater of a wound on my right leg. My family is furious at the slipshod care I received. Aside from that, my treatment has incurred huge costs to the Ontario Healthcare system.

Dealing with this office is worse than pulling teeth. Extremely unresponsive, not compassionate, literally next to impossible to contact and when you do they are condescending and not at all understanding of your situation. This office has caused me an insane amount of stress that could havs been easily avoided if they actually cared. Also, trying to call this office to book an appointment or to get a medication issue sorted is basically a gamble. Horrible service. Rude and condescending staff. Never return calls. Doctor left the country without notice and my friend can’t get medicine he needs. Do not conduct any business with them. The reviews speak for themself horrible !!
Dr. Caron went above and beyond in getting me the medical attention I needed recently. From scheduling several tests, to speaking with other healthcare professionals, to following up with me in a timely manner regarding test results and providing me with a clear treatment plan, I am thankful for the care I received.
