Have fun never being able to contact them and waiting for weeks and weeks for them to send the correct details of the medications they prescribed you to your pharmacy. I first had my pharmacy send a fax a month ago (over two weeks before my medication ran out) and I have been constantly trying to contact them for the whole month to renew my prescription. For lack of timely and professional treatment that should have included referral for Mohs surgery, Dr. Robinson sent me,off to RVH, radiation treatment and a hell of suffering that continues to this day. That was in early 2025. As of May'26 I still have a painful, unhealed crater of a wound on my right leg. My family is furious at the slipshod care I received. Aside from that, my treatment has incurred huge costs to the Ontario Healthcare system.

Dealing with this office is worse than pulling teeth. Extremely unresponsive, not compassionate, literally next to impossible to contact and when you do they are condescending and not at all understanding of your situation. This office has caused me an insane amount of stress that could havs been easily avoided if they actually cared. Also, trying to call this office to book an appointment or to get a medication issue sorted is basically a gamble.
