Love their Charred romaine Caesar salad
Very cute spot, hostess was sweet as pie and accommodating to our reservation. Bartender was handling many customers smoothly. Marlene (Marlena?) i apologize if I’m spelling it wrong was amazing. So wonderful and endearing. I hope she gets recognition from upper management for her fabulous service, she deserves it.

Waves Craft Bar Kitchen is the type of restaurant you go to because you’re staying at the hotel and just don’t want to go anywhere else. If I was a local, I would never come to this place. The 14 ounce ribeye was good and the 8 once filet was really gross.
