Sometimes things don’t go right… Mike at waves was fantastic responded quickly and solved the problem! They also have the undercarriage wash. Five stars for the excellent response time! Thanks. Thomas
Was over charged on the vacuum. Got paid back after a couple weeks. Thank you for refunding me.
My card got charge an extra 3 times at the vacuum. Mike the guy who answered my call said he would look into it and refund me. I was told to text him all my details and he would get back to me the day after. I've texted him numerous times. No reply, No refund, my banking clearly shows all 5 charges were posted. Poor customer service. Definitely wont use or recommend waves car wash.
