At any location of Waves I am very impressed by the cleanliness of the boats,the quality and the amount of boats available. I also found the staff to be extremely, helpful, happy and proud to be working there. (Which is rare these days) They were all very professional. The office in Bradenton has a little dog smell, but that is because the lady that works there is legally blind and it is her seeing teye dog...the company even provided her with this massive monitor and software so she can work easier. Boats are in bad shape ... Damaged and dangerous ...Engines for the most part have crazy high hours. the staff is unorganized, confused. One of the dock attendants i talked to at the seafood shack was defiantly high as a kite. The office is a mess and smells like wet dog .. Very shady business.. beware.
Southern Charm and Hospitality – As an ex-charter boat captain I will always love the water and especially so when I don't have to worry about all the minutiae and love that has to tendered to preserving a diminishing asset such as a boat in salt water.
