Units are fantastic and cheap, management is sloppy and likely illegal. They buy their google reviews by waiving parking fees to those who leave a 5 star review. They cooked the books on my lease, claiming my move out date was two months before what is stated in my signed lease agreement. They kept my deposit by charging me for dirty floors, after telling me not to worry about the floors because they were replacing them. going to miss this rent price. walking distance to nau for sure. management and maintenance arent hard to get ahold of. only thing is id say spray your own place for bugs, tiny spiders were a thing in my unit. but if you spray like 2 times a year, itll be fine. great place to live if youre looking :). move out also went so smooth
The owner of this complex recently treated tenants in a very disrespectful and unethical manner. He gave a 24 hour eviction notice to one of the tenants because when Chuck- the manager decided to barge in to the complex unannounced and uninvited to shout at the tenants he felt he was met with too much disrespect in response to him waking them up to evict them. Exploitative Toward Students – Disrespectful, Unethical Management This apartment complex markets itself to college students, yet consistently disrespects and mistreats the very tenants it claims to support.
