The owner of this complex recently treated tenants in a very disrespectful and unethical manner. He gave a 24 hour eviction notice to one of the tenants because when Chuck- the manager decided to barge in to the complex unannounced and uninvited to shout at the tenants he felt he was met with too much disrespect in response to him waking them up to evict them.
