Updated 9-15-25: as of now, Beth left this practice, they relocated (word around town: someone didnt manage money properly), they did not inform majority of the patients that our primary would change, and then I was blindsided by a phone call that my new provider is out on medical leave until further notice and my only options are either see the short term covering practitioner or continuing to reschedule until the provider is able to return.
