I’ve been a customer of Waverly utilities for a year now, and my last Charge was sent via auto pay like normal but by bank made an error and moved the money out of that account and instead of waverly utilities letting me know that auto pay failed and a way to rectify the situation because I definitely have the funds the bank just messed up and the funds weren’t in the account like they’re supposed to be but instead of notifying me they called me after it was late and charged me a $35 fee. Why does our town have the highest utility rates in all of iowa?
Horrible customer service every single time I've called or spoken to representatives in person. They are rude and speak down to you as if you are a child. I would not recommend working with this company, if you can avoid it.
