Why does our town have the highest utility rates in all of iowa?
Horrible customer service every single time I've called or spoken to representatives in person. They are rude and speak down to you as if you are a child. I would not recommend working with this company, if you can avoid it.
I feel that the employees that use to work for Waverly utilities were much more personal and professional. The new ones use their time to gossip and spend time looking at their cell phones The General manager and the so called safety director diffently need courses in professionalism which they need to pay for on their own and do it on their own time.
