I feel that the employees that use to work for Waverly utilities were much more personal and professional. The new ones use their time to gossip and spend time looking at their cell phones The General manager and the so called safety director diffently need courses in professionalism which they need to pay for on their own and do it on their own time. We’ve had a great experience working with Waverly Light and Power. Their team is easy to work with, responsive, and professional. We were especially impressed with their policies regarding solar power—very supportive and straightforward, making the process smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend for anyone looking into energy solutions in the area. Let Midwest Solar Installers know, and we can work with Waverly Light and Power to help!

It is confusing for no reason when the paperwork and bill... read more
