The swaps are disgusting They let people bring sick animals and people mistreat animals and there is noting done about it! People should not be packing animals tightly into cages…they should have food and water. If someone is seen mistreating an animal they should be told to leave and not return. Animals deserve respect until they serve whatever purpose they have for you! So many animals were hot and didn’t have shade or water!
