It is taking Charles and his co-worker longer to install than we were hoping because of Charles' health.
DON'T DO IT!!! Gave Charles a $7,100 check 4/15/23 and as of today 9/1/23, we have not seen him. He contacted us a few times via text saying he was ill. He has reasons that we now do not believe. After many emails, calls and texts begging for our generator, we contacted the police, but police could not help. Finally, he delivered our Generac two weeks ago minus the approx. $2,000 worth of installation equipment taken - our new generator battery was also taken out and replaced by an old battery probably for someone else!!!! Buyer beware!! I signed a contract with Waverly Electric in September of 2022. Charles Lawrence took a hearty down payment in excess of $8,000 and has bone absolutely nothing. He won’t return phone call, texts or emails. My wife is disabled and is dealing with cancer. This company is a scam!!
Charles just installed my Mom's Generac and we are very happy! We had to wait a little while because Charles has had some health issues lately, but he assured us the job would get done and it absolutely did! Charles is on the mend, so I'm sure if you are waiting on anything, you can trust that it will be done. Charles cares about his customers, knows what he's doing, and provides excellent service. I would highly recommend Waverly Electric.
We paid mr charles lawrence a large down pymt for a generator install, back in june 2022, and here it is January 2023 and no generator, and mr lawrence will not return our calls as we are now about to take legal action.
