Dr. Tamas is so kind and makes you feel so comfortable! I appreciate her and all the gals in the office. I was so bummed when I heard Dr. Tamas left, but Dr. Blahnik and every single staff member is the office is so wonderful!
If you expect a sterile environment and sterile instruments then this is not the place for you! The "lead assistant" runs everything in unwrapped cassettes, does not bag instruments, and stores trays with "sterile" instruments just across from the dirty ultrasonic. Which means stuff isn't sterile. Change is hard when you have new providers, BUT Dr. Blahnik made the transition very easy! Also, love that there are the same friendly faces that have been there for years! If you are looking for a dental home, this is the place to go!
I had to cancel my appointment last minute due to having bronchitis and pneumonia, confirmed by 2 visits to urgent care. I thought we were doing them a favor vs. coming in, but instead I was charged a last minute cancellation fee "per their agreement." I preferred the previous dentist and staff, for 6 years I wasn't just an agreement.
