I missed an appointment and I actually called to let them know I won’t be able to be there because my Work ran me into a bind that I couldn’t make it. I’ve been an established patient for over 30+ years. Nicole who answered the phone told me that I signed an agreement that If I miss an appointment I would be charged $100. I told her I don’t remember signing anything and wanted her to email me a copy of that agreement, she hung up on me and then I proceeded to call back several times and she just didn’t answer. Dr. Tamas is so kind and makes you feel so comfortable! I appreciate her and all the gals in the office. I was so bummed when I heard Dr. Tamas left, but Dr. Blahnik and every single staff member is the office is so wonderful!
If you expect a sterile environment and sterile instruments then this is not the place for you! The "lead assistant" runs everything in unwrapped cassettes, does not bag instruments, and stores trays with "sterile" instruments just across from the dirty ultrasonic. Which means stuff isn't sterile. Change is hard when you have new providers, BUT Dr. Blahnik made the transition very easy! Also, love that there are the same friendly faces that have been there for years! If you are looking for a dental home, this is the place to go!
