I have nothing but good things to say about the staff of Waverly Animal Hospital. They helped us at a time when our established vet would not, and emergency vets were taking advantage of the emotionally vulnerable. We got in quickly and we were treated professionally and kindly by every single staff member we encountered during one of the worst days of our lives. Dr. Diaz and Dr. Nagler both showed incredible empathy and humanity that we very much needed. Thank you.
I'm always very pleased with and grateful for the WAH team. They are thorough in exam and kind to my boys (cats). They listen to my concerns and explain everything very well.
