Really professional service and customer care that puts other mechanics to shame. Charlee was very kind and helpful. I was provided with a loaner, they performed their work quickly and were happy to answer my questions and provide any documentation I needed. They returned the car to me clean and washed, which was a nice touch.
This is the second time I’ve had a problem in under 12 months. It’s not the same since service manager legend Adrian Laing retired. I’m really disappointed. It seems like business comes before customer needs. There’s no compassion, and that guy just shrugs off any concerns. I’ve been a loyal customer for 25 years, but now I’m saying GOODBYE! I'm so grateful for the 5 star services I received from the service team this morning. The front desk lady, the guy who changed my tyre, and other members who said hello and offered me help, they all warmed my heart after a nightmare night. I can feel the team really cares about their clients. I respect their professionalism.
