Exceptional Service by Joseph! Our normal dealership (Brighton) wasn’t able to fit us in for a Diagnosis & fix for a month. Called this dealer & whilst their wait time was the same, Joe Suggested we leave the car there & they’ll fit it in when they have a spot. Within 24 hours the issue was diagnosed & proposed fix agreed. Engine issue was fixed & car detailed within 2 days. Start to finish was 3 days (Monday Arvo-Thursday Morning) Exceptional service again & very, very happy. Will be bringing the car from now on.
Excellent customer service by service department, right from the lady on the phone to the service advisor. They have gone above and beyond to solve my problem. The dealer who did the last service messed up and my car had been towed to Waverley Volkswagen. They attended to the issue so quickly, resolved the issue and delivered the car same day.
I had an emergency service in January on this service where part of it was changing spark plugs. Two weeks ago got a scheduled maintenance and they changed spark plugs again which means -500$, not taking work into account. Their explanation was that spark plugs change wasn't in the service book and they didn't bother to check even they done it half a year ago. On the positive side detailing was good. Probably my last visit to this service.
Quoted $200 just to look at the car to see what the problem with the heater is
Really professional service and customer care that puts other mechanics to shame. Charlee was very kind and helpful. I was provided with a loaner, they performed their work quickly and were happy to answer my questions and provide any documentation I needed. They returned the car to me clean and washed, which was a nice touch.
