I want to say a really big thank you to the nurses at Waverley Private Hospital that took care of me whilst I was doing an overnight stay after a surgery 🙏 Even for a overnight stay, I felt so cared for during the whole journey from admission, to prep, post surgery care and pain management. Same feedback as the rest with maternity ward experience. First time Mum got exposed to covid case and got treated like a plague carrier. Mostly management was negative with some nurses being accommodating and very nice while others were judgemental. No services that are promised/expected from a private hospital were provided apart from very basic primary care. They couldn't get rid of us fast enough suggesting multiple times to leave early. I had a day operation at Waverley Private Hospital and had a really positive experience. All staff were amazing — kind, professional, and caring. Alfred and Jia made a real difference with their compassion and attentiveness. Thank you to the team for making what could have been a stressful day feel calm and well looked after.

I have just spent 7 days here in the surgical ward, room 210, on my morning of discharge, I needed a picc line removed, the nurse in charge has the authority to remove, so I asked at 8 am , was being picked up at 10 am, the person picking me up was on limited time schedule, anyway at 10 am still waiting, and and the nurse in charge said she now had to follow the doctor on the ward around and would be back later, how rude to disregard me , having the picc line removed and holding up my picc up on a time limit,,,
