Receptionist forgot about me in the reception/waiting room while I was waiting to be called up to have paperwork completed prior my surgery, to the point where the patient scheduled after me was already in surgery. I had to wait 1+ hours before I walked up to the desk and ask what happened. They said they forgot about me. If I didn’t walk up who knows how long I would have been waiting. Disgusting customer service.

I had tonsillectomy and septoplasty surgeries here. My experience has been really good with everything. The reception staff were friendly, the hospital was clean and comforting, the nurses were respectful, professional and friendly, and even the food was really nice. I had a private room for myself and the ward was pretty quiet throughout the night except for the occasional crying of children somewhere. I would extend my thanks to the anaesthetist Dr Sandhu and my surgeon, Dr Nathan Hayward. You made my experience easy.
