I had a day procedure. The nurses in recovery, I found are racist and sarcastic. Also post procedure food quality is poor. Nurses did not bother to care. One of the Asian nurse, Laurie was helpful. Thanks Laurie.

I just gave birth at Waverley Private last month. While there were some positives, I cannot recommend the hospital to other expectant mothers. Pros: - The admissions officer Sisly was lovely to deal with. Always responsive, friendly and gave personalised service. - The actual delivery was handled professionally. I did not want medical interventions without good reason. I would give 5 stars to the maternity ward. We absolutely loved our stay there. The midwives were amazing and very helpful, and the facilities were impeccable. Unfortunately, after my experience at the EPC, I had to change my rating to 1 star. If I could give 0, I would. The whole stay was a nightmare. They are severely understaffed at night, which is the hardest time for new parents as the babies are at their fussiest. One night, my baby was inconsolable and I was completely exhausted. It was my third time having a procedure at Waverley Private Hospital. My first two experiences were excellent, and I was very pleased with the care I received. However, during my most recent visit, I felt quite rushed. Working in the public healthcare sector myself, I understand how busy things can get, but we always try to ensure our patients never feel hurried. I visited the hospital on 22 September 2025 for day surgery to have 2 wisdom teeth removed. Fantastic experience - the staff at the hospital were amazing and I was well looked after. And a huge thank you to Mr Tim Wong who was my wonderful caring surgeon. Thanks so much.
