I had the most horrific experience at Waverley Private.I was basically left un attended post op on an infusion, crying constantly for help, ringing the bell,had to get to the hallway 20 plus times to all for help.Left wet in a shower stool after a shower with towels out of reach.Left in intolerable pain,no post op visit from the surgeon at all.Wasbtold I had been seen by the anaesthetist Dr,Harry,when I had no postop conversation with him at all.Nurses complained non stop and the after 5 days they tried to discharge me in an... read more

I've been in a situation where I've been to this hospital several times. I've always been given 'royal' treatment but I especially want to thank the lady who put on my cap for surgery when I couldn't raise my arm. She lovingly combed my hair with her fingers as she curled it upwards. It was like having a mother again. I didn't thank her at the time because others were taking up my attention but it was so pleasant.

We recently had our first baby at Waverley Private Hospital. A massive thank you to Dr Scott Pearce and his team, along with all the incredible nursing staff and midwives. From our initial admission right through to our stay, everyone was really kind, supportive and attentive with regular check-ins. We felt completely heard, cared for and well-assisted every step of the way. We would highly recommend Waverley Private Hospital. Thank you once again to the entire team.

Thank you to everyone in Day Surgery. The process was very smooth, easy parking and nothing was too hard for them. Shout out to Julia and Karin. Thank you for making my stay pleasant and for the laughs. Keep up the great work!
