I had been a regular patient at this clinic for at least 5 years or so. The wait time is always minimum 45 to 90 minutes for me. Once I was upset when it got to the 90 minute mark, I asked the receptionist to re-book me to which she then called my doctor who let me go in next... I've even called up before to check if my doctor was on time - which they weren't - and I was told to come in an hour after my appointment time instead.
