Thank you Julian!! Very professional and easy to deal with for our Mitsubishi. He has gone out of his way to help us get our car fixed recently, in a timely manner. This review is purely on customer service and 5 stars for Julian!
Basic customer service is lacking. Early morning has the most car drop offs. Maybe have more staff at the counter rather than 1 person or on top two staff. Staff at counter are not friendly or generally lack customer service skills. I believe ones name is Julian and the other is a male that I cant recall. Not bad people but not suited for a customer service role. No smile and always seems busy and customer service seems an after thought.
Originally made on the dealership review which I'll move here. Overall not a good experience, bought an outlander in 21 and had intermittently faulty "genuine" front sensors installed. They're clearly a cheap product and match nothing else in the car. Bring up that they're intermittently faulty as they'll activate for no reason randomly which is quite irritation when driving. The reception desk for service centre was efficient and informative and organised the courtesy shuttle to help me get to where I needed to be to get home to the kids during school holidays. Greatly appreciated. Pat who drove the courtesy shuttle was friendly, chatty, positive and went above and beyond helping me get to where I needed to. He addd hugely to my impression of the bussiness overall. Thank you
Extremely poor service. Our car wheel was scratched and damaged when it went for service. They wouldn't accept it. On top of that, the service manager made it a point not to attend our calls or provide us with an update. We requested CCTV footage, which was not delivered. Feeling manipulated, disappointed, and they lost our trust.
