One of the worst places to get your car diagnosed and repaired. They charge a really high price to diagnose it and then say that they are going to close down the renault side of things and when issues come with parts they diagnosed and replaced they say they cant do much as they are closing down. Great way of doing work. Would suggest everyone to avoid this waverly motor group
Purchased a Holden commodore from Waverley motor group, staff members are very professional. Sales team Jean and Frank are very helpful. Business manager Sam is extremely kind and patient. Highly recommend
Pat the courtesy car driver was kind and informative driving me to and from the local shopping centre . Pat also collected other customers from their homes and I experienced and witnessed old fashioned respectful customer service , well done! Horrible telephone customer service experience. I called to book my Holden for service today and a lady, will not name her wasn’t very helpful or courteous in responding with the my enquiry re information detailing the service scope. I encourage the dealership management to hear the service booking call today at around 2pm. They will figure out what I mean. Appreciate if you train your staff to be polite.
