Absolutely disgusted to say the least.....Appalling. How does an organisation such as this get away with selecting whom they'd like to charge fees to? Apples for apples- I get charged for my visitation & my dear friend (for the exact same visitation) does not. When asked for their justification- their answer was "it is up to me whom I would like to charge & not charge fees to". Seriously? In this day & age. Disgraceful. Will also contact the ombudsman.
This is not about the medical services but this is about the exceptionally above and beyond service of Jane who answered my phone call with a query and went to extra effort to find me an answer when others( hospital) had passed the buck. Kudos to Jane and Waverley Heart you have a wonderful employee there !!
