Ignorant and rude.
I booked an appointment online with Colby and when I reach to there on time they put me with someone else, I didn’t say anything, the whole time Colby was free walking around. The person who cuts my hair, made me extremely uncomfortable, asking too much personal question on the time while cutting the hair. She did not cut what I said she did what she wanted and she put 100-100 for her. I did not say anything gave her a tip and left. Never going back to finish my hair cut I’m going to somewhere else.
First time customer. Colby was fantastic in working with me to get my hair color just perfect. She is knowledgeable and offered me several options to achieve the results I was looking for. Will definitely be returning and would highly recommend Colby and the salon. The staff are super friendly and welcoming.
